In contrast from the PVC WaterStop which functions passively blocking the migrating water, bentonite WaterStop reacts with water and swells. The characteristics for swelling allow it to inject itself in the concrete joints, this way it eliminates the migrating water to the joints. Bentonite WaterStop tapes are easy to install and don\u2019t need to be fixated before installment. The tapes are installed via steel nails or special glue.<\/p>\n
