Ferrari F-1 Ballpoint Pen with Case

This is a used item.
The case has scratches and dirt.
It appears to be official merchandise of the Ferrari F-1 team.
A ballpoint pen is inside an F-1 shaped case.
The ballpoint pen itself looks clean on the outside, but when I tried to write with it, the ink didn't come out.
I don't know if the ink has dried up due to age or if it's simply run out, but the ink needs to be replaced to use it.

Please examine the images carefully to assess the condition.
