Fundador Solera Reserva is the market-leading Spanish grape brandy and the first ever marketed as a Brandy de Jerez — made from Airén and Palomino grapes and aged in a sherry-soaked solera.
Its name literally means “Founder,” and Fundador holds a landmark place as the original Brandy de Jerez. Distilled from Airén and Palomino grapes, it is matured in the traditional solera system using casks previously seasoned with sherry, which lends the brandy its characteristic warmth, dried-fruit depth, and smoothness.
