The specially designed tank contains an extremely fine filter mesh and a carefully compacted chlorine-resistant ion exchange resin, the granules of which are twice as small as in classic cartridges. The design of the tank expands the exposure to water and increases the overall salt efficiency.

With the same volume of ion exchange resin, AQUAPHOR A800 provides greater contact with water without channel effects, while small granules recover faster and more efficiently. As a result, high iron content is removed (up to 15 ppm / ppm).

The efficient and durable thick-walled water softener tank is made of a homogeneous fiberglass-sealed composite material and lasts longer than the prescribed warranty period, i. lifespan is longer than ten years. The life of classic cartridges is usually less than 5 years. Classic injection molded polypropylene cartridges have a lifespan of less than five years.
