GP gland packing is made of flexible graphite with high purty and homogeneous structure. Because the Grafopak 3GP is specially designed to work in valve or high pressure fittings seals.

Properties

Graphite has good temperature and pressure resistance unattainable with most traditional sealing materials. The sacrificial anode system minimizes the risk of corrosion.

Applications

Grafopak IGP graphite packing is designed for repair and service of industrial valves and power fittings, it is perfect as a replacement for GDR rings formed of pure graphite XP packing can be used up to 600°C for reducing media and up to 350°C for steam.
