Small appliance, but of great performance, to mince the meat. Intended primarily for domestic or semi-professional use. It is able to prepare, at best, any type of pulp. Hygienically designed, it has the possibility to completely separate the grinding unit from the machine body for a more accurate cleaning. In the stainless steel version the grinding unit can also be washed in the dishwasher. By replacing the die, with different drilling, it is possible to obtain various types of ground: ragù, meatballs, sausages and Swiss. Also available the set of tubes for sausage meat.
