Standart hydraulic hose 1SN EN 853 / R1S SAE J517

APPLICATION:

General-purpose hoses may be used for

hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO 6743-4, except HFD R, HFD S and HFD T (from -40°C to +100°C);
water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C);
water (from 0°C to +70°C);
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

These hoses are not suitable for liquids containing castor oil and esters.

Working pressure: 63–250 bar, depending on diameter.

Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C, briefly up to +125°C.

In accordance with EN 853 and SAE J517 standards.

Inner tube: Oil- and water-resistant black synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire.

Cover: Abrasion-, oil-, weather- and ozone-resistant black synthetic rubber.

Hoses with nominal diameters from DN 6 to DN 19 are available with an ultra-abrasion-resistant Black Diamond Cover (UHMWPE) with MSHA approval.
