PENOSIL Fire Rated Gunfoam B1 187 fire-retardant foam for professional use, 750 ml
PENOSIL Fire Rated Gunfoam B1 187 is a low-expansion fire-retardant foam designed for demanding professional users. Its fire resistance has been tested in accordance with European standard EN 1366-4, and its reaction to fire in accordance with standard DIN 4102-1. The fire resistance class has been determined in accordance with standard EN 13501-2.

Application details

Areas of use:

Sealing joints in walls with fire resistance requirements.
Installing fire-resistant doors and windows.
Sealing applications in areas with strict requirements regarding the reaction to fire of construction materials.
General sealing tasks.

Instructions for use:

Hold the foam canister upright and screw it onto the gun by holding the gun handle with one hand and turning the canister with the other. Ensure the gun is not pointed at other people while screwing it on. Do not screw the canister onto the gun while it is upside down, and do not screw the gun onto the canister. After attaching the canister, shake it vigorously at least 20 times and turn it to the working position. The foam output can be regulated using the gun trigger.

Limitations:

Cured foam is sensitive to ultraviolet radiation and must be covered.
Do not use in areas subject to constant contact with water.
The insulation foam does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®), or silicone surfaces.
