We are talking about a braided refueling rope with a core for the paper industry, made of multifilament polyamide fibers. The classic rope construction is backed by supercoating with multiple heat setting. The surface of the rope, in order to increase adhesion to the paper tape, is equipped with a polyamide monophile braid. The rope is designed for high speeds of paper machines, high paper weight, in extreme coater conditions, where chemical reagents prevent other types of ropes from sufficient adhesion to the paper tape.

Extraline DUO must be properly tensioned under operating conditions. The critical place is the plexus, which must be carried out according to the instructions provided in printed form and on DVD.
