Due to the nature of softer polyurethane, the physical properties of this product may change over time because of its exposure to certain environmental conditions like temperature, humidity and UV radiation. Typical product lifetime is 5 years.

Please inspect product on a regular basis to ensure it is in a usable state.

Oil drain protection mat 80x80cm

DRAIN COVER INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Make sure that the drain cover size is suitable for the drain, which means that the drain cover should be 8–10 cm larger than the drain on each side. Also make sure that the area where you’ll put the drain cover is free, clean without debris and stones.

2. Once you cleaned the surface where you want to put the drain cover, remove the clear protective film from the drain cover and save it for reuse.

3. Place the drain cover with its sticky side on the floor and then put pressure on it by walking over it. Make sure to overlap all sides to the drain by at least 8 cm.

4. Wash with water, soap or detergent after use. Once dried, wrap it in protective film and replace it in its package for future use.

5. The flexibility and sealing functions decrease at temperatures below -30°. Don’t store it under conditions of high humidity or where temperatures exceed 100°C.

6. If this product is exposed to hazardous substances make sure to follow local authority instructions for the disposal and decontamination from toxic waste. In case of extreme necessity this product can also be used with non-compatible substances (see the attached list) for a short period of time depending on the concentration of the substances (conduct a test run).
