Polyhemp rope – also known as synthetic hemp rope – is a three-strand twisted rope made out of hard-wearing polypropylene fibres.
This popular alternative to other natural fibre options, looks like the real thing but is rot and weather resistant making it more suitable for outdoor use.
It has a soft and easy grip which also makes it great for kids play areas, garden swings and gym climbing ropes.

ROPE CARE AND SAFETY OF USE
Avoid excessive exposure of the rope to rough surfaces, sharp edges, chemicals and high temperatures. Salt crystals are a natural abrasive that adversely affects the life and reliability of the rope. Prevention can be soaking and washing the rope in warm (about 30 ° C) unsalted water, followed by drying in a shady place. Regularly inspect ropes to ensure that they are suitable for the purpose and conditions of use. Remove non-compliant ropes from service.
